Booking Conditions

To be read before completing our Printable Booking Form

1. Weekly lets are from 3.00pm on Friday until 10.00am the following Friday, except for short breaks. Please vacate the premises before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
2. A non-refundable deposit of £100 together with a signed Booking Form is required to book the property. Telephone/email reservations are accepted subject to receipt of the deposit and booking form within the following 7 days.
3. Following receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation of your reservation. The contract of hire and liability for the full rental, becomes effective on despatch of this confirmation.
4. The balance of the rental plus a refundable Damages Bond of £100 is to be paid at least six weeks before the start of the holiday. The Damages Bond will be refunded, less any deductions for damages and/or additional cleaning required, within 2 weeks of the end of your stay.If we need to send a reminder, this will incur an additional administration charge of £5.00. If the balance is not received at least 4 weeks before the start of the holiday the booking will be deemed cancelled and any deposit paid will not be refunded.
5. No more than 4 guests shall stay in the Narrowgate at any time. If this is disregarded we reserve the right to terminate the letting without notice and the booking will be treated as a cancellation by you. No refund of any monies paid in respect of the booking will be made (except for the Damages Bond). We will not be liable for any additional expenses you incur through the cancellation. We regret the apartment is not suitable for children under 5 years of age. We do not allow smoking or pets.
6. Should you have to cancel your holiday please contact us immediately and confirm in writing within seven days. We will seek to re-let and if successful will return money paid less the non-refundable deposit.
7. You agree to leave the premises clean and tidy, as you would wish to find it. This includes all of the equipment and utensils that have been provided. Please note that the person named on and signing the booking form will be liable for the costs of any breakages, damage in or to the property or additional cleaning required.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for personal injury, sickness, loss or damage to personal belongings.
9. Should for reasons beyond our control, the apartments be rendered unsuitable for letting on the dates booked, all money paid will be returned in full. There would be no further claim against us.
